DO YOU COVER MY AREA?
The simple answer is YES! We cover all areas of the country and we are also available for destination weddings and events outside the UK. All travel costs will be included in your package price. If we require an overnight stay then this may be reflected in your package price at the time of booking.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, all of our equipment is covered against accidents by Guardcover and we also have Public Liability Cover of up to £5 million.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
We are currently using the latest 42mp Sony cameras with an array of Sony/Zeiss lenses to produce the very best high-resolution images possible. We also carry a selection of strobe lighting from Godox and high-end industry-leading LED lighting from Rotolight to cater for all situations.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR EQUIPMENT STOPS WORKING?
Never fear, we always carry more than one camera with a whole selection of lenses and lighting to cover all situations.
DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
To secure the date for your wedding or event we do require a non-refundable booking fee of £200 along with a completed signed contract. The balance payment for the photographic coverage and album (if applicable) is due one calendar month before the contracted date. All additional goods are payable on ordering.
HOW LONG DO YOU STAY AT OUR WEDDING?
Typically during a full days coverage, we will arrive approx 2 hours before the ceremony (unless requested otherwise) and stay until just after the first dance. If events are happening later in the evening eg. fireworks we would stay later.
HOW MANY PHOTOGRAPHS DO WE GET?
It's impossible to say exactly how many photos you would get on your wedding day there are so many factors that come into play, the time of day you're getting married, the number of guests attending, timings of wedding breakfast etc. On average we normally provide around 700 images over a full day, however, there have been occasions where we have supplied well over 1000. My advice is to concentrate more on quality than quantity but you can be assured we will be there to capture every part of your special day.
HOW DO YOU STORE MY DATA?
We will never share any of your personal data with any third party. All information disclosed is between you the client and MAC photography and held purely to provide photography services to you. All client galleries are stored on a secure password protected image hosting website and physically backed up on password-protected hard drives so you will never lose your treasured photos.
